Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
